Landscape Inspiration & Ideas

The following board shows my ideas and approach to my landscape. I decided to this board in order to help me understand paths and the use of green spaces in landscaping. I also wanted to see the important connection that exists between the structure and its surroundings. Since I am doing rectilinear forms this example helps me create new ideas and patterns for my project.

Progress Plans & Sections

The following sketches show my ideas concerning plans and sections. On my plans I am working on my entrance, stair and elevator location and fire stairs. I'm also working on my program, this help me decide where and where my activities would be located on my plans and decide the amount of space they would need as well as the location of locker rooms and bathrooms. This exercise helped me create a better circulation on my spaces, I decided to do passageways along the sides of the structure and be above the ground like shown in my sketches.
